Sagicor Investments Jamaica Limited (SJ) has advised the Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) of the closing of the Rights Issue of 116,845,955 new Ordinary Shares by Barita Investments Limited (BIL). The Offer, made subject to the Circular Letter of BIL dated August 19, 2019, closed on September 20, 2019 at 4:30 p.m.
SIJL further advised that in keeping with the JSE’s rules, the Basis of Allotment for the Excess Pool will follow.
