CIBC West Indies Holdings Limited began operating as FirstCaribbean International Bank Limited (“First Caribbean”) on October 14, 2002.
The company has declared a special dividend of eighteen cents (Bds$) and a final dividend of Bds$0.52 cents for 2002.
These dividends total BD$0.23.2 and will be paid on November 4, 2002, to shareholders on record as at September 27, 2002.
The company will also have a rights issue in the ratio of five ordinary shares for every twelve ordinary shares. The record date is October 28, 2002 and the x-rights date is October 24, 2002.
