Capital & Credit Merchant Bank Ltd. (CCMB) – Dividend Policy

The Board of Directors of the Company agreed to a dividend policy whereby the bank will declare the payment of a dividend at least twice in each financial year. The total dividend payable shall range between 15%-25% of annual profits. The policy is subject to periodic review.
