Carreras Limited (CAR) has advised that Mr. Alan Bergin has resigned as a Director and member of the Company’s Audit Committee effective as of November 1, 2016.
The Company further advised that Mr. Bergin’s resignation from the Audit Committee was not as a result of any disagreement in respect of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure or any other material issue impacting on the Audit Committee or his ability to properly carry out the functions delegated by the Board.
