At a meeting held at the offices of Carreras Limited on August 7, 2015, officers of the Regulatory and Market Oversight Division (RMOD), Mr. Andrae Tulloch, Deputy Chief Regulatory Officer & Mr. Richard Grizzle, Market Surveillance and Compliance Officer conducted a Company Secretary Orientation with Mrs. Janene Shaw. Mrs. Shaw is the Finance Director & Company Secretary of Carreras Limited.
