Carreras Limited (CAR) has advised of the resignation of Mr. Mr. Michael Bernard as a Director and a member of the Nomination & Compensation, Corporate Governance and Audit Committee with effect from September 20, 2021.
CAR further advised that Mr. Bernard’s resignation from the Audit Committee was not related to any disagreement in respect of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure or any other material issue impacting on the Audit Committee or its member’s ability to properly carry out the functions delegated by the board of directors.
