Carreras Limited (CAR) has advised of the appointment of Novar Patrick McDonald as a Director of the Company and a member of the Nomination & Compensation, Corporate Governance and Audit Committee with effect from September 1, 2021.
Mr. McDonald was also appointed as Chairman Designate of the Corporate Governance Committee.
