Carreras Limited (CAR) has advised that at a Board of Directors meeting held on May 20, 2011, the Directors declared an interim dividend of $0.25 per stock unit to be paid out of accumulated profits on June 23, 2021, to stockholders as shown on the Register of Members as at June 7, 2021.
The ex-dividend date is June 4, 2021 and not June 6 as previously stated.
