Carreras Limited (CAR) has advised that at CAR’s Board of Directors’ Meeting held on February 12, 2020, the directors declared an interim dividend of $0.15 per stock unit to be paid out of accumulated profits on March 12, 2020, to stockholders as shown on the register of Members as at February 27, 2020.
The ex-dividend date is February 25, 2020.
