Carreras Limited (CAR) – Appointment

We wish to advise the Jamaica Stock Exchange that Mr. Rogelio Paredes will be transitioning from his role as Head of Finance effective 31 March 2022, to a new role in the BAT Group.

Ms. Verona Williamson will be appointed as Finance Director effective 1 April 2022.
