Carreras Limited (CAR) has advised that the company is experiencing a delay in the finalization of its audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2010 because of the closure of the offices of its auditors, KPMG, as a result of the ongoing civil unrest in downtown Kingston. CAR has therefore requested that the date for submission of its audited financial statements be extended to Friday, June 4, 2010.
