Carreras Group Ltd. (CAR) – Dividend Declared

The Directors have agreed to recommend to the forth coming annual general meeting in September that a final dividend of 65 cents per stock unit (less income tax) be declared payable on the issued stock and be paid on October 14, 1998 to stockholders registered at the close of business on September 30, 1998 out of the accumulated unfranked profits on which income tax has been paid or is payable.
