Carreras Group Ltd. (CAR) – Final Dividend

At a meeting of the Board of Directors, the Directors agreed to recommend to the forthcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on September 15,1997 and that a Final Dividend of 65 cents per stock unit (less income tax) be declared payable on the issued stock. Payment date is October 16, 1997 to stockholders registered on September 30, 1997, out of accumulated unfranked profits on which income tax has been paid or is payable.
