Carreras Group wishes to announce the resignation of Mrs. Marlene Sutherland from the Board of Directors of Carreras Group Ltd. and Cigarette Company of Jamaica Ltd. (in voluntary liquidation) effective July 31, 2006.
The Board wishes to express its deepest gratitude and appreciation of Mrs. Sutherland’s contribution to the company’s success over the past 26 years.
