The Board of Directors of Carreras Limited has advised that at a meeting held on November 6, 2012 it accepted the resignation of Mr. Bruce Terrier as a Director with effect from November 7, 2012 and approved the appointment of Mrs. Amanda Cavill de Zavaley as a Director of the Company with effect from November 8, 2012.
