The Board of Directors of Carlton Savannah REIT (Jamaica) Limited is recommending a change of the name of the Company to “Kingston Properties Limited.” The Directors believe that this change will better reflect the Company`s intention to diversify its portfolio of real estate properties beyond its current ownership in the Carlton Savannah Hotel in order to further improve shareholder value.
