Caribbean Producers (Jamaica) Limited (CPJ)- Delay in filing of Annual Audited Financial Statements

Caribbean Producers (Jamaica) Limited wishes to advise the JSE and our shareholders that CPJ has been granted an extension of 45 days to file the Company’s Audited Financial Statements for financial year ended June 30th 2022. An extension was requested as the Company is still navigating the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the completion of the audit. CPJ’s Financial Statements will be filed on Wednesday, October 12, 2022.
