Caribbean Flavours and Fragrances Limited (CFF) have advised that Mr. Anand James resigned as Managing Director of CFF effective December 31, 2015 but remains a member of the Board of Directors and a Consultant.
The board appointed Mr. Derrick Cotterell as the new Managing Director and Mr. Ian Kelly was appointed Chief Financial Officer, effective January 1, 2016.
