Caribbean Flavours and Fragrance Ltd (CFF) has advised that the Company will not be submitting its Quarterly Unaudited Report for the period April to June 30, 2017, but instead has opted to submits its Annual Audited Financial Statement for the period ended June 30, 2016, within 60 days of the end of the period, in accordance with the Junior Market Rules.
The Company further advised that for the ensuing period thereafter, it will submit its Quarterly Unaudited Financial Statement as stipulated by the Junior Market Rules.
