Caribbean Cream Limited (KREMI) has advised that its audited financial statements for the period ended February 29, 2020 will be delayed and will be submitted on or before May 14, 2020. This delay is due to challenges associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.
A notice advising all stakeholders will be placed in the Gleaner on Friday, April 24, 2020, advised KREMI.
