Caribbean Cream Limited (KREMI) has advised that its Audited Financials for the year ended February 28, 2022, will be further delayed. It will be submitted on or before June 27, 2022. As previously advised, the 2022 Annual Report will be submitted on July 28, 2022. The delay is due to challenges associated with COVID-19.
