Caribbean Cream Limited (KREMI) has advised that at a Board of Directors’ meeting held on May 19, 2021, it was declared that an interim dividend of $0.0694 per share, as the final dividend for the year ended February 28, 2021, will be paid on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 to shareholders registered at the close of business on Tuesday, June 29, 2021.
The ex-dividend date is Monday, June 28, 2021.
