Caribbean Cement Company Ltd. (CCC) – Directors In & Out

Mr. Compton Rodney resigned as Director of the company effective July 20, 1999. As a consequence of the acquisition of the controlling interest in the company by the TCL Group, the senior management position of President and Chief Executive Officer has been redefined to conform with the structure pertaining throughout the TCL Group and the company is now headed by a General Manager and Chief Operating Officer. This position has been held by Kelvin Mahabir since May of this year.
