Caribbean Cement Company Ltd (ccc) has advised that Mr. Christopher Dehring has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of CCC and its subsidiaries as of October 14, 2014. Messers. Parris Lyew-Ayee and Mr. Dehring have also been appointed members of the Board Audit Committee.
