Caribbean Cement Company Limited (CCC) has advised that Mr. Christopher Dehring has resigned as Chairman from Board of Directors of Caribbean Cement Company Limited, Jamaica Gypsum and Quarries Limited, Caribbean Gypsum Company and Rockfort Mineral Bath Complex and that Mr. Parris Lyew-Ayee has been appointed as the new Chairman, effective Wednesday, October 5, 2016, respectively.
Mr. Lyew-Ayee has served as a Director of CCC since 2006. He also serves on the Board’s Audit Committee and as Chairman of the Quarry and Raw Material Committee.
