Caribbean Cement Company Limited (“the Company”) advises that the Company has obtained from the Supreme Court of Judicature of Jamaica, in Claim Number SU 2021 CD 00416, an Order made on November 8, 2021 (the “Formal Order”) for among other things, permission for the Company to hold its General Meetings by Virtual or Electronic means, in light of the outbreak of the SARS-CoV-2 (Coronavirus COVID-19) (“Covid-19”) pandemic.
