Caribbean Cement Company Limited (CCC) has advised of the following changes to its Board of Directors:
1. Mr. Jose Luis Seijo Gonzalez has retired as a member of the Board of Directors, effective November 30, 2020.
2. Mr. Francisco Aguilera Mendoza has been appointed as a member of the Board of Directors, effective December 1, 2020.
