Caribbean Cement Company Limited wishes to advise that there will be a delay in the submission of its Annual Report for the year ended December 31, 2021. The company will utilise the extension granted by the JSE to all listed companies whose Annual Report becomes due on April 30, 2022 and will submit its Annual Report on or before May 30, 2022.
