The Company advises that the full Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2005 will be submitted during the week commencing June 5, 2006.
The Company also wish to advise that as a consequence of the delay in the publication of our Audited Report, we will not able to comply with the Rule 409, which requires the publication of our Annual Report within the stipulated time period. We are working assiduously to have this completed within the shortest possible time.
