Carib Cement Company Ltd. (CCC) – Dividend

The annual general meeting has resolved for the payment of a dividend by way of a capital distribution of five cents per stock unit less tax, payable out of the realized capital gain of the company to ordinary shareholders on record as at June 8, 2001 to be paid on July 20, 2001.
