The Board of Directors of Capital & Credit Merchant Bank is pleased to announce the Bank’s success in raising over one billion dollars from its recently concluded rights issue.
CCMB raised $1,072,938,800 dollars or approximately 89% of the $1,207,040 which the company sought from the 58.8 million at $20.50 per share offered to the market.
