Capital & Credit Merchant Bank Ltd.(CCMB) – Transfer of ownership of JUT

Capital & Credit Financial Group Ltd and its subsidiary Capital & Credit Merchant Bank Ltd are scheduled to take possession of the Jamaica Unit Trust Services ltd after the transfer of ownership which will be put into effect at the offices of the Vendor’s Attorney-at-Law on Friday, October 1, 2004. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval by the Financial Services Commission.
