CAC 2000 Limited (CAC2000) has been advised and in turn wishes to notify the Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) that CAC will not meet the extension deadline of February 14, 2022, to file its Audited Financial Statement, and the extended deadline of April 14, 2022, to file its Annual Report for the year ending October 31, 2021. We wish to advise that the delay is due to disruptions caused by the current global Covid-19 pandemic and its impact on the auditing and actuarial processes for the Company’s financial statements. CAC anticipates that the Audited Financial Statements will be filed by February 21, 2022, and the Annual Report filed by April 21, 2022.
