CAC 2000 Limited (CAC) has advised that the Company conducted a tender process for external auditors services for year ending October 31, 2019.
CAC further advised that based on the result of the tender process, CAC will be officially changing auditors from KPMG to PWC and that the change of auditors will be presented at their Annual General Meeting on June 3, 2019, for shareholders’ vote.
