At a Special meeting of the Board of Directors on March 31, 1998, the directors resolved that an interim dividend in respect of the financial year ending March 31, 1998 of four cents per share on the ordinary shares of one dollar be paid on March 26, 1998 to shareholders registered on April 20, 1998.
