Mr. James Cheesewright, Senior Vice President, Finance has resigned from the company effective June 30, 2000. Mr. Christopher Sadler has been appointed Senior Vice President, Finance, effective July 1, 2000. Mr. Cheesewright remains as a Director of the Company.
Mr. Richard Nelson, Senior Vice President Information services will be leaving the company effective August 1, 2000 and will be replaced by Mr. George Brown.
