Cable & Wireless (parent company for LIME now FLOW) – Cable & Wireless Communications PLC (trading as LIME) has announced that having been approached directly by Liberty Global PLC, recommends the sale of CWC to Liberty Global, the world’s largest international cable television company. The US Takeover Code governs the proposed acquisition; however, the applicable regulatory process will be adhered.
