Please explain how this development will affect me as a holder of Lime shares . You have not shared enough information for me to make an informed comment . When Heineken bought Red Stripe Shareholders were given given detailed information about the price they were to be paid for their shares and other relevant information.

You are telling us about a proposal by Liberty Global PLC to purchase CWC, but unless I know how this will affect me, I cannot comment.

      Hi Alvin,

The JSE can only publish information its receives from its Listed Companies, as you stated with the D&G transaction we were given the details and we published. So as soon as we are given additional details from LIME (FLOW) on this issue we will publish immediately.

Is there there a time line for both C&W and liberty media to provide us with detail of the merger?
Is the the $1.32 us per share for C&W shares for local shares as well, that is those listed on JSE?
