The Board will recommend to the annual general meeting that upon the recommendation of the Directors the authorised share capital of the company be increased from J$11,300,000,000 to J$13,100,000,000 by the creation of 1,800,000,000 ordinary shares of J$1.00 each.
They will also recommend a 1:6 bonus issue.
