Cable Bahamas Limited (CAB) – Late Submission of Unaudited Third Qusrter Financial Statements

Cable Bahamas Limited (CAB) has advised of a delay in the publication of the unaudited financial statements of the Company for the third quarter ended March 31, 2018. CAB further advised that the financials have not yet been approved by its Board of Directors due to a meeting reschedule. CAB anticipates that the financials will be approved by the Board of Directors at its rescheduled meeting on May 17, 2018 and submitted no later than May 18, 2018.
