C2W Music Limited (MUSIC) has advised that the Audited Financial Statement for the year ended December 31, 2016, that should have been submitted on March 1, 2017, will be delayed.
The Company further stated that it is also likely that MUSIC’s 2016 Annual Report will also be delayed.
MUSIC has advised that both reports will be submitted on or before April 14, 2017 and June 14, 2017, respectively.
