At the meeting of the Board of Directors of Cable & Wireless Jamaica Limited held on 24th May 2006, the following Resolutions were passed:-
‘That dividends of 5 1/2 % per annum on the 100,000 5 1/2% First Cumulative Preference Shares of $2.00 each numbered P1 to P100000 inclusive for the six month period ended 30 June 2006, be paid to Preference shareholders on record as at close of business on 30 June 2006 and that the said dividend be paid on 10 July 2006;
‘That dividends pf 6% per annum on the 200,000 6% First Cumulative Preference Shares of $2.00 each numbered P1 to P200000 inclusive for the six month period ended 30 June 2006, be paid to Preference shareholders on record as at close of business on 30 June 2006 and that the said dividend be paid on 10 July 2006.
