Lasco Distributors Limited has informed the Jamaica Stock Exchange that in relation to the action C.LP040 of 2002 which was before the Court of Appeal, the Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal of Pfizer and allowed LASCO Distributors’ Limited cross-appeal. The court has directed that an enquiry into damages suffered by LASCO Distributors Limited should be conducted. Lasco Distributors Limited has instructed their attorney-at-laws to commence the process.
