The Board of Directors of The Bank of Nova Scotia Jamaica Limited passed the following resolution:-
“Be it resolved that an interim dividend of 9.26 percent be paid on the amount of $100,000,000 in respect of the Cumulative Redeemable Preference Stock Units of The Bank of Nova Scotia Jamaica Limited for the period July 1, 2010 to December 31, 2010. The dividend (being 4.67 cents per stock units) is payable on December 31, 2010 to stockholders on record as at the close of business on December 10, 2010.”
The X date is December 8, 2010.
