Mr. David Henriques has resigned as Director of the company . This was tabled at the Meeting of the Board held on November 21, 2002.
The following resolution was passed: That a dividend of 30.5 cents be paid on each stock unit of paid up capital stock of the company to the shareholders on record as at December 11, 2002. Payment date is January 6, 2003.
