The Thirty-seventh Annual General Meeting of The Bank of Nova Scotia Jamaica Ltd. will be held on Friday the 20th February 2004 at 10:00 a.m. at The Jamaica Pegasus Hotel, 81 Knutsford Boulevard, Kingston 5, for the following Purposes:
1. To consider the Company’s Accounts and the reports of the Directors and the Auditors for the year ended October 31, 2003 .
2. To approve and ratify Interim Dividends.
3. To elect Directors and fix their remuneration.
4. To appoint Auditors and authorize the Directors to fix the remuneration of the Auditors.
