The Bank of Nova Scotia Jamaica Ltd. (BNS) – Capital Distribution of 20 cents

The Board of Directors on May 15 resolved that a capital distribution of 20 cents per stock unit, less Transfer Tax of 7.5% be paid to stockholders on record at the close of business on June 3,1997 out of profits not forming part of the chargeable income of the company in respect of quarter ended April 30, 1997. Payment date is July 1, 1997.
