Mayberry Investments Limited (MIL) lead broker in the
proposed admission of the Blue Power Group to the Junior Market of
the Jamaica Stock Exchange is advising the public that the offer has
closed as at 9:01 am this morning.
Applications have been received in excess of the amount on offer of
$87.9 million.
The soap and hardware group, founded over a decade ago currently
employs 40 persons and enjoys a significant share of the laundry cake
soap market in Jamaica through its manufacturing division. The
hardware operations located in Papine on Gordon Town Road books
revenues of approximately $40 million per month and serve the vast
population of Papine, Kintyre, Gordon Town, Hope Pastures, Mona and
surrounding areas.
