Blue Power Group Limited (BPOW) has advised that the Board of Directors of BPOW met on July 26, 2021 to consider the payment of dividend. The following resolution was passed by the Board:
- A dividend of 1.6 cents per share will be paid to shareholders on September 8, 2021. The record date is August 30, 2021. The ex-dividend date is August 27, 2021.
