Blue Power Group Limited (BPOW) – Amendment to Companies Articles of Association

BPOW wishes to advise its shareholders, stakeholders and the Jamaica Stock Exchange that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Blue Power Group Limited held on Monday May 2, 2022, the resolution to amend the Company’s Articles of Incorporation to increase its number of directors from 8 to 10 was passed.  We again thank all our shareholders for their continued interest and support in the company.
