At a meeting of the Board of Directors on July 8, 2002, the board accepted the resignation of Tan Sri Wan Mohd Zahid Bin Mohd Noordin as a Director of the company. The Board appointed Mohd Kamal Bin Omar to fill the casual vacancy. The appointment will be ratified at the next annual general meeting.
